Are we licensed and insured?
Yes we are both licensed and insured for your peace of mind. Our insurance provider is NEXT insurance; we are licensed with the state and city in which our business is registered. If you would like proof, please feel free to ask and we are more than happy to provide it!
What are our work hours?
Our work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-3pm. These are the time we start our cleans, if you have any questions regarding this schedule please call or text!
Do we clean specific areas (kitchens, bathrooms etc.…)
Yes! We can do specific areas upon request. We just ask that you give us a call so that we can get a clear idea of the work to be done. For jobs such as these, the booking form is not mandatory.
Is there a deposit or cancellation policy?
No, we do not take deposits. The payment is due after the job is complete and you are satisfied. Currently, we do not have a cancellation policy. We do please ask if you must cancel, please give us a 24-48 hour notice if possible to give us time to fill your spot.
Do different cleaners come every time?
No, as of now we are a two person crew. You should only expect myself(Danny) and my mother Patricia. We understand this can be a concern for some people which is why we want to clarify this.
Are tips necessary?
Absolutely not! We understand that we currently live in heavy tipping culture and while we always appreciate it, it is never expected or required. Our prices are our prices and they are made to not include tips.
Is the booking form really required?
Yes and no. We will always be available by call or text if you prefer that and that is why we provide that option. However, it does help us out a bit because currently we handle the booking, cleaning and everything else. So to make it easier we created the form for people who require a pretty straightforward clean. BUT please always feel free to call to discuss any concerns you may have! :)
What forms of payment do we take?
Currently, we only accept cash and Zelle.
How can I prepare for the appointment?
It is a simple process! We will call or text to confirm the appointment 24 hours before. Please let us know how we can access your home (someone will let us in, there is a code, etc..). That’s it!
